The awards recognise achievement across the listed Award Categories and your entry should be based on an achievement which took place or was completed during 2009/10.

GUIDANCE NOTES:
|
|
Please ensure that the following items are included as part of your entry: |
- A completed entry form including a brief entry statement
(of up to 500 words)
The following items can be sent through after you have submitted your initial entry form: |
- A supporting written document or bullet-pointed list that supports the given awards criteria
- Your company logo as a high-resolution (300dpi) .jpeg, .tif or .eps file
- Colour images to support your entry (same format as above)
- Any supporting quantifiable/qualifying information/documentation/ brochures that you may have (only if available)
THE RULES: |
- All entries must be submitted online or via email to hjames@datateam.co.uk
- You may enter as many categories as you wish
- Please use one entry form per category
- You may nominate your own company, or another that you know or work with
- Entries will be judged by a panel of independent adjudicators and the judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to those decisions
KEY DATES: |
- All awards Entry Forms must be submitted by Friday 29th January 2010
- With all supporting material arriving at the event offices by Tuesday 2nd February 2010
- Judging will take place in mid-February 2010
- All finalists will be notified of their status 2-3 working days after judging has taken place
- Finalists will be announced on this website in March 2010
- Online voting will commence in March 2010
- Online voting will close at 17h00 on Friday 16th April 2010
- The 2010 winners will be announced on Thursday 13th May 2010 - the night of the awards ceremony
